During prolonged exercise such as a race or football match, the body’s energy levels become depleted. This will negatively impact your overall performance. Consuming a Kinetica Energy Gel, which contains 24g of rapidly digested carbohydrates before and during exercise will keep those energy levels topped up.

We recommend consuming a Kinetica Energy Gel before and during exercise.  

If you are going to compete in a race or preparing for a game, take 1 gel to keep your energy levels elevated. An Energy Gel can also be consumed during a race or at half-time to help maintain energy levels.

Each 70g gel contains 24g of carbohydrates for energy, 0.06g of salt to help with hydration and the retention of fluid and 24mg of Vitamin C.

Depending on the duration of exercise, 1-2 gels per hour alongside other carbohydrate sources can prevent a drop in energy levels. It is important to consume gels during training to ensure you don’t have any gut issues.
