What is Informed Sport?
Informed Sport is a global testing and certification programme for sports and nutritional supplements, which provides assurance to athletes that products carrying the Informed Sport logo have been tested for prohibited substances listed on the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) banned substance list and are manufactured to high quality standards.
What are Informed Sport supplements?
Supplements that are approved by Informed Sport approved have gone through rigorous screening to give athletes reassurance that they are using products that have no banned substances, are completely regulated and have undergone a strong quality control process.

What substances are Informed Sport screen for?
There are over 1,200 substances that the Informed Sport programme screens for including the drugs of abuse, anabolic agents, stimulants, beta-2-agonists, masking agents, diuretics and new and emerging threats such as SARM's, Vaptans and PPAR's. These substances are banned by bodies like WADA, collegiate organisations and professional teams to ensure the integrity of sport is maintained.
Who are LGC and what is their relationship with Informed Sport?
LGC (also known as the Laboratory of the Government Chemist)are a globally renowned laboratory that provides measurement and testing services. They are a global leader and trusted partner in the field of anti-doping and supplement analysis and they are accredited to ISO/IEC 17025.
What does WADA Batch Tested mean?
WADA stands for World Anti-Doping Agency. The majority of the Kinetica Sports range is WADA batch tested which means the products are tested externally and undergo quality control processes in the Kinetica Sports manufacturing plant. This is to ensure that our flavour, colour, texture and microbiological organisms are drug screened to meet the ISO 17025 standards to ensure a safe and dependable sports nutrition range. This means:
- No banned substances are included in any of our products
- Food safety - all products are completely regulated.
- No unsubstantiated claims, all nutritional information is 100% guaranteed and regulated by a strong quality control process
