Kinetica Collagen with Turmeric was developed with athletes in mind, to take 60 minutes before training or game time to keep you fighting fit.  

Each Orange & Mango flavoured shot contains 20g of Collagen and 50mg of Vitamin C. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones, cartilage, skin and teeth! We never add anything that doesn’t play an important role in helping you achieve your goals.

We recognise that collagen can be viewed as an ‘acquired taste’, especially for first time consumers! We worked hard to overcome that challenge, relying on a winning combination of Orange & Mango flavour coupled with a subtle touch of heat from Turmeric- which (in our humble opinion) puts our Collagen product, on top!

Frequently asked questions about Collagen Shots

There is 20g of Collagen per shot which is one serving.

Like all sustainable approaches to health, wellness and performance, there is no exact science as to when an individual will start to see results. The key to achieving optimal results from your collagen consumption is consistency as opposed to expecting instant results. It can be consumed daily but also works best when paired with training or exercise days. So, if you train 3-5 times a week, consuming collagen on those days consistently should allow you to reap the most benefits.

As mentioned, consistency is key so ideally 40-60 minutes before training or exercise if you’re fit and healthy, or 60 minutes before a rehab session if you’re recovering from an injury

The Kinetica Collagen with Turmeric Shots is made from Bovine Collagen,  which has been shown to be beneficial for joint, ligament, muscle and skin health.

Although I love the convenience of the shot format, I often recommend adding the collagen shot to a pre-exercise smoothie to the athletes I work with to get the added benefits of micronutrients from fruit and protein from whey but also if you're new to Bovine Collagen, it can take time to get used to the flavour so adding it to a smoothie could be a good start!
