Proat Cookies Recipe

A simple and easy protein and oat-based cookie recipe that the whole family can enjoy! Mixing macronutrients makes these snacks a great option for post exercise too to rebuild those energy stores and help with recovery.

 

Preparation Time – 10 minutes 

Cooking Time – 10-15 minutes 

Servings - 7 

 

Ingredients 

2 Bananas      

150g Oats   

2 Scoops Kinetica Whey protein (you pick the flavour)     

Dash of Cinnamon     

Select two of the below to personalise your mixture:    

Desiccated Coconut    

Raisins      

Mixed Nuts     

Dark chocolate chips    

Nut Butter     

 

 

 

Method:

1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees      

2. Mash bananas     

3. Add your oats, Kinetica Whey, cinnamon and mix thoroughly     

4. Add additional ingredients to taste (ensure volumes aren’t too much)     

5. Line the tray with greaseproof paper, pop into the oven for 10-15 mins    

6. Boom – epic with a glass of milk
