Why not try this simple tasty smoothie loaded with protein and healthy goodness!


Just add the below ingredients to your blender and blitz until it becomes a smooth texture:


  • Low Fat Milk 200ml

  • Avacado 50g

  • Grapes 75g

  • Frozen Berries 25g

  • Vanilla Whey Protein 1 1/2 Scoops

  • Spinach 25g

  • A few ice cubes


This makes two servings. 1 serving contains:

214 calories    23g Protein    16g Carbohydrate  and a whole lot of antioxidants!
