Green Protein Smoothie Recipe
To celebrate Paddy’s Day why not try this delicious high protein, high energy, green protein smoothie. Quick to make and unbelievably good for you!
1 small ripe banana, peeled and broken in half
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup fresh baby spinach
1 scoop Kinetica Vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup ice
Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend on high speed until pureed.
27 grams carbohydrate, 5 grams fiber, 30 grams protein.
