Coconut, Chocolate & Strawberry Protein Truffles

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Puree and drain the strawberries of any excess liquid.

  2. Place this along with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and blend together.

  3. The ingredients may be wet so place into the fridge for 10-15 minutes.

  4. Roll ball shapes out of the mixture and roll in some desiccated coconut.

  5. Place into freezer for another 15-20 minutes to give the protein balls a firm texture when you bite into them.
