Quick and easy, tasty protein treat from Niamh Devaney @Nutritionista ! If you have a few minutes to spare in the kitchen this weekend – try them out!
200g of ground almonds
1 large banana
80g of almond butter
Melted Dark chocolate for coating
In a bowl mix all the ingredients together. From this mixture roll ball shapes out of the mixture.
Place into the fridge for 20 minutes.
Take out and dip each ball into the melted dark chocolate. Leave to set.
