Hazelnut Chocolate Protein Cookies

The third creation from the wonderful Edel Keenan. Let us know if you give this one a try!   Ingredients 1 cup of oats 2 mashed bananas 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder 2 teaspoons of flax seeds 2 heaped tablespoons of peanut butter 25g of dark chocolate (85% if possible) Chopped hazelnuts   Steps Preheat the oven at 175 degrees Mix all the ingredients into a large bowl Sprinkle in the chopped hazelnuts Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and spread the mixture evenly Bake for 15mins Melt...
