We have devised some delicious treats for you to cook up and provide a boost alongside your regular exercise regime.
CHECK SOME OF OUR RECIPES:
KINETICA BLEND PROTEIN BROWNIES
1 cup of liquid egg whites (105ml)
3/8 cup of Kinetica Blend - chocolate (50g)
2 small cooked beets (137g)
¼ cup of coconut flour (40g)
1 cup of beans (400g)
¼ cup (31g) of cocoa powder
1 tsp of bicarbonate of soda
1 tbsp. of baking splenda or stevia (optional)
1 tbsp. (22g) of honey
Blend all ingredients together and bake the batter in a small brownie tin at 170 C for approximately 35 minutes or until, when you poke it in the middle with a fork or knife, your fork or knife comes out clean. Double the amount if using a medium size brownie tin.
Per brownie (out of the six you get from the mix above): 163.4kcals, 17.45g carbohydrates (4.8g sugars), 14.9g protein, 2.75g fat (1.1g saturated), 7.2g fiber.

KINETICA PROTEIN CHEESE CAKE
3 Tbsp oat flour (just blitz normal oats in a blender!!)
1 scoop of kinetica vanilla whey or kinetica chocolate whey
2 Tbsp coconut Flour
1 Tbsp Coco powder
6 Tbsp ground hazelnuts
Approx 4Tbsp Hazelnut Milk
(enough to make it like a normal cheesecake base)
250g ricotta cheese
300g low fat cottage cheese
1 Tbsp of coco powder
2 Tbsp peanut butter
1 sachet gelatine (dissolved)
2 egg whites & 2 Tbsp canderal whisked until fluffy (optional)
2 scoops kinetica vanilla whey or kinetica chocolate whey
Add all base ingredients together and add enough milk to hold the mixture together and pop into a spring-form cake tin (non-stick!). Press down on the base mixture to make sure its binded together
pop into oven at about 180 for about 10-12 mins until crispy. Take out and let it cool
Add all the filling ingredients together (except for the gelatine) and give them a good mix to combine all ingredients. If your using the egg whites add them now just fold them in gently, then pour in the gelatine and give it a stir . Pour the filling onto the base and give it a few taps to even the mixture out . Whack it into fridge for a few hrs or over night to set
Add chopped hazelnuts on top before serving just to make it look even more Delish!!!!
KINETICA STRAWBERRY-FILLED DARK CHOCOLATE PROTEIN TRUFFLES
1 small container (0% fat) of Greek yogurt (170g)
1/4 cup of Kinetica Blend - Strawberry (30g)
1/8 cup of coconut flour (18g)
1/8 cup of Kara coconut milk or almond milk (36g)
60g of dark chocolate (90%)
Mix all of the above ingredients together in a bowl to form a soft batter. Then, on a baking tray, sprinkle 1/8 cup of coconut flour. Shape the batter into eight truffles, rolling them on the coconut flour so they become easier to form. Meanwhile, melt your dark chocolate in a bain marie (i.e. a glass bowl on top of a pot of boiling water). Once rolled into truffles, dip the truffles into your melted chocolate and place them on a tray. Leave them to set in the freezer for approximately 30 minutes and, that’s it: you’re done.
Per truffle (out of the six you get from the mix above): 103.45kcals, 3.65g carbohydrates (1.46g sugars), 8.1g protein, 5.68g fat (3.6g saturated), and 1.2g fiber
KINETICA SNICKERS BAR
1/3 cup chopped almonds
1 scoop of Kinetica Vanilla Whey Protein
2 tsp pure cocoa
1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
8 dates (Mashed up and pips taken out)
1-2 tsp water just to make it a little sticky
Mix all ingredients together
Pop into in to a square dish (you can use a bread tin either for more chunky bars) lined with grease proof paper.
Press mixture into dish
Bake in oven until crispy about 10-15 mins @ 200
5 tbsp peanut butter
1 scoop Kinetica Vanilla Whey Protein
Chopped Cashew nuts
Small drop water
Mix all ingredients together and pop on top of base mixture
pop into freezer untit its set
5 scoops Kinetica Chocolate Whey Protein
1 Tbsp Splenda (optional)
Mix these together with a little water to make a thick paste and spread over the peanut layer. Pop back into freezer until set.
Melt some Dark chocolate and pour over top layer pop back in freezer for few minutes until its solid. Take out of freezer and cut into chunks. Keep bas in freezer until you are readt to eat to avoid them melting:) Take them out 5-10 mins before you want to eat them
