At LT Fitness we believe that hard work, mind over matter, mental and physical strength and commitment are the tools necessary to hit your targets. Both personal trainers are REP's registered and have over 10 years’ experience within the fitness industry and strive to remain at the forefront of our industry through continual personal development.

A dynamic team eager to get you fit we believe in good old hard work.  LT Fitness was created as a solution to the pseudo-science invasion of personal training, We will help you every step of the way to your target. With your 100% commitment, we guarantee success. If you give me sweat, we will give you results... and you hit your fitness targets.

Training Philosophy
We believe that providing you with knowledge and a strong functional cardiovascular foundation will enable you to reach your goal, no matter what it is: sport-specific fitness, fat loss, muscle and strength building, nutrition, or conditioning

Lone: LT Fitness

Lone is a qualified gym instructor and Personal Trainer. She is also a Boxercise instructor with a passion for nutrition. Keen to bring her Scandinavian fitness experience and passion to the UK.

As one half of LT Fitness, I believe in good old hard work and sweat there is no better way than interval training, weightlifting for men and women.  My passion is nutrition and making healthy living easy and convenient I am a passionate trainer that gets a kick out of motivating my clients to achieve their fitness and health goals. I have helped people transform their bodies and watched how this has had a positive impact on other areas of their lives. My sessions are demanding and challenging but achievable and fun, I get results.
